Cancellation Policy |
To confirm your booking we ask for a deposit of £10 per room per night. For stays of four nights or more the required deposit is £20 per room per night. Cancellation 30 days before arrival No charge other than £10.00 per room admin fee. The balance of your deposit will be held for up to 6 months and credited towards another stay. Cancellation 15 – 29 days before arrival. 50% loss of deposit and the balance held for up to 6 months and credited towards another stay. Cancellation 8 – 14 days before arrival. Straight forward loss of deposit. No show or cancellation up to 7 days before. We reserve the right to charge you in full for the first night and up to two thirds of the remaining cost of your reservation. Check in times Reception is open and rooms are available from 2pm onwards on the day of arrival. Check out time on the day of departure is 11am, but could be extended with prior arrangement.
